I had my Rinnai tankless water heater serviced for an annual flushing and descaling. The process took about 45-60 minutes. Richard was my technician, and he did a great job. He kept the area clean, answered all my questions, and didn’t try to sell me anything. I thought he was efficient, polite, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. He came at midnight Saturday night/Sunday morning to stop leak from defective water heater and then returned Monday morning to install new heater that we could use temporarily until the water damage was repaired.
