Efficient and Polite Technician
I had my Rinnai tankless water heater serviced for an annual flushing and descaling. The process took about 45-60 minutes. Richard was my technician, and he did a great job. He kept the area clean, answered all my questions, and didn’t try to sell me anything. I thought he was efficient, polite, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. The price was as quoted and came in at less than other competitors. I will call them again next year.

Overjoyed with Hydro Plumbing
I had a major issue with my sewer main at an older residential address. Broken pipes in multiple areas with roots in them from prior, poor landscaping. I have used so many plumbers over the course of 3+ years to try and resolve this problem. Each one had only made the issue significantly worse. When the repairs failed most recently, I received numerous quotes from local plumbers. I believe I have spoken to every plumber in the Las Vegas/Henderson area. I went with Hydro Plumbing because the workers who provided the quote were extremely professional. I could tell they cared about the quality of their work down to wearing booties in the house so as not to track dirt inside. The work was completed today. The state inspector came yesterday and said it was the best work he's seen done. The inspector said it was hard to find a good plumber in this city and to keep Hydro's contact info because the work was incredibly well done. The inspector said Hydro's pricing was $10K LESS than a typical quote for the work I received. I'm overjoyed to finally have my sewer issue resolved in such a professional way. I was not an easy customer. I was very paranoid about receiving more bad work and borderline stalked the workers as they worked. They were all beyond gracious with me and answered every question I had. I'm very happy with the service provided. Thank you so much, Jordan, Luis, and Aric!
